Data fields available
Funds can elect to integrate some or all of the below fields into their native UI.

| Member Name | Name of the member / insured person |
| Member Number | Fund's unique ID for the member |
| Account Name | Fund / Corporate that the member is insured under |
| Claim Lodgement Number | Unique identifier created for each claim lodgement |
| Claim Assessor | Name of the Zurich Employee who is managing the claim |
| Date Procedural Fairness Issued | Date the Procedural Fairness letter was issued on the claim |
| Notification Method | Channel of how the claim notified to Zurich |
| Finalised Reason | Reason the claim was finalised |
| Claim Type | Type of claim the member has lodged |
| Cause of Claim | The medical condition causing disability |
| Claim Cause Category | The boarder category the medical condition falls under |
| Date of Event | The date Zurich has accepted liability from |
